Do you have fresh fish?
Yes, Fresh fish is ordered on demand. We will have fresh fish available to purchase and take up to 2 business days. Any questions on fresh fish, time to get it and special orders. Please contact daniel@standardfish.com
Who will be delivering my product?
One of our Standard Fish delivery drivers.
Can I pick my order up?
Yes, you can pick your order up from Standard Fish. Just select pick up the order when checking out.
How is my product packaged?
It is put in an insulated foil bubble wrap, with ice gel packs.
How long do I have to put my product into my freezer or refrigerator once it is delivered?
The product should be put in the freezer or refrigerator as soon as you get it. It has to be stored in a freezer or refrigerator no longer than 2 hours after delivery.
Can I change my order?
A- Yes, you can change your order as long as it is done before 12 pm the day prior to delivery.
Can I request a product that is not yet on the website?
A- Yes, you can contact us with special requests for products not yet available on our website. Just email daniel@standarfish.com
